You have inspected equipment idle at Gauder warehouse and you decide to go for reconditioned solution.

Once contracted, Gauder bring the machine into his modern workshop and stripped off in individual parts.

Too much worn parts are rejected and new ones ordered. Each component is deeply cleaned and eventually repaired.

Bore sizes, shaft condition, bearings and bearing blocks, screws are individually checked. Electrical motors are opened and reconditioned when needed.

Parts are then painted in special dedicated cabin with primary coating and final colors as per customer wishes.

Once done, everything is re-assembled on bench for final test (in front of customer upon request).
